Garey Hassler is currently a Lead Engineer in the Internet of Things group within the Application and Security Team. His responsibilities include architectural representation in the AllSeen Alliance and software architecture and design for the IoT projects at CableLabs as well as contributor to the RDK-B project.
Prior to his current role, Hassler was a Senior Manager of the Software Engineering team responsible for the automated test development for CableLabs’ DOCSIS 3.0 and PacketCable 2.0 Certification Programs. He has been a Senior Software Engineer creating architectures and designs for software at Clarent and Lockheed Martin on a number of products across a diverse set of industries including retail, telecommunications and signal intelligence.
